I’m President of the University of Pennsylvania and Chair of the Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues, and I welcome you all here to day two of our 12th meeting of this Commission and happy to do so on behalf of myself and Vice Chair of the Commission and President of Emory University, President Jim Wagner.

We're about to commence on our final session and what we want to do is talk about a specific future topic, obviously there are many we could pursue, but as you will see, I think we have a special interest, if not obligation to be looking at a future topic on Incidental Findings.
