Commentary in “Hastings Center Report” on Availability of Bioethics Commission Database

Bioethics Commission Associate Director Michelle Groman, J.D., and Jeremy Sugarman, M.D., Deputy Director of Medicine at Johns Hopkins Berman Institute of Bioethics, have published a brief commentary on the March 15th release of the human subjects research database on the Bioethics Commission’s website. In order to produce this database the Commission collected five years of project-level data from the 18 federal departments and agencies most likely to conduct research with human subjects.
