“Hastings Center Report” essay highlights Bioethics Commission’s new educational materials

In the September-October 2013 issue of the Hastings Center Report, Bioethics Commission staff Lisa M. Lee, Hillary Wicai Viers, and Misti Ault Anderson introduce the Bioethics Commission’s new educational materials. The Presidential Bioethics Commission: Pedagogical Materials and Bioethics Education,  describes how providing easily accessible and free materials based on the Bioethics Commission’s own analysis is an effort to help meet the recommendations the advisors have made repeatedly that, given the multidisciplinary nature of science and research, bioethics education should be available to a wide variety of disciplines at the undergraduate, graduate, and professional levels.
