Commission member, Anita Allen, gave the featured talk at the Penn Conference on Clinical Neuroscience and Society.  The conference reviewed cutting-edge neuroscience relevant to psychiatry, neurology, physiatry, primary care and pediatrics, and focuseed on the ethical, legal and societal impact of these developments. Dr. Allen gave a talk entitled "Neuroethics and Bioethics: A Perspective from a Member of President Obama’s Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues"
