Philly Public Radio Highlights Commission Meeting

Philadelphia’s public radio station, WHYY-FM, spotlighted today’s meeting of the Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues (the Bioethics Commission) in Philadelphia, P.A. In the piece, the Executive Director of the Bioethics Commission, Lisa M. Lee, Ph.D, M.S., discusses the potential bioethical issues associated with neuroscience research. At this meeting, the Bioethics Commission will turn its attention to neuroscience and related ethical issues as part of the BRAIN (Brain Research through Advancing Innovative Neurotechnologies) Initiative announced by President Barack Obama in April.
